Hi Bob,

I am new to your blog. Anyway, your thoughts of MS and Groove scare me a litttle since I would have to possibly compete against them. On the flip side, much has changed (OSS, broadband, the long tail, litigation, sw as a service, etc.) since MS could wipe-out competitors and innovation. The biggest change is our attitude towards what BIG company's offer and provide. Sure, it works for many but not all.
