Congratulations on hitting the 10M mark! We completely agree with you that breaking down the number of monitored weblogs into the percentage of active vs. inactive weblogs is key. BlogPulse's post on April 25 about hitting the 10M milestone presented the following breakdown: "According to [BlogPulse's] statistics, 31% [were] active within the last 30 days, 44% [were] active within the last 60 days and slightly more than half (51%) [were] active within the last 90 days."
